brilliant – can’t fault anything it worked so well as a playlist – oh – I forgot to take any notice of how much the songs related to Shakespeare – but that isn’t my job … heehee
maybe I’ve had enough of Laurie Anderson for now – I do really like her stuff – but too many listens – too often – I need breaks between listens… she’s one of those artists I don’t play for 5 years or something, then put on again and overdose, then happily put away again for another 5 years – if you see what I mean. Not a criticism, just a personal reaction.
I’m getting me some Asian Dub Foundation foundation on the decks tomorrow – that perked me up no end.
cheers.
With you on LA – can only take her voice-over tunes in small doses. Didn’t like her last album much either. She’s great live & a true original.
Liked the theme, great week for shoehorns, as there are so many themes, quotes & titles to play with.
But why have you put a picture of Richard Thompson at the top?
Nah – he probably wears a Dodgers cap.
