“You may possibly not be the right place to send new music, but seeing as you have a deep fondness for all things produced by the mighty Sherwood, have this link anyway.
The Cutler is myself and Steve Cobby ex of Fila Brazillia (who you have featured on your postings)

Pork”
How cool is that? Thanks Pork (& Blimpy for forwarding the e-mail). This is from the third Cutler album, due in a couple of months – it’s ace that dubby electronics are alive & well in Yorkshire.
Shoey -
I’m not getting a link, are you (or anyone else) getting some banner that says “Sonicwall Network Security Applicance”. I am, and also on a Soundcloud i posted in a scheduled post. It wasn’t there yesterday. Dunno if it’s something added to my computer, or something Blimpy might have added to the Spill?
Fine this end, Amy. You might need a plug-in update or something (no Scooby which one though). Here’s a link

Thanks Shoey. So that was a Soundcloud too. Must investigate.
Hi amylee, this link worked for me, whereas some of the others didn’t. No idea why that was.

Having listened through a large portion of that set, I will say that The Cutler are the second best act to come out of Hull; it’s really hard to top Death By Milkfloat.
“Revolution” is my favourite so far.
Perhaps Pork was right – this isn’t the right place for new music (or more likely, my bad for slapping it up between the serial killers).
C’mon people, a band sends us a tune – let’s give ‘em some love &/or feedback.
Sorry shoey – sorry The Cutler – I missed it (next to the every present MBV post)
Right up my street as a tune – not surprising really as it involves some wonderful performers .. this takes me right back to wonderful sunny days at free festivals – when chilled out or dubby dance tunes had deeper meaning to them.
In fact, I like it so much I’m going to buy there 2009 EP ‘black flag’ right this minute – thanks for the heads up – hadn’t stumbled across them before – will keep an eye out for the LP (could be a spring/summer every present) – will do a catch up with the older tunes on soundcloud.
Cheers for that – made my morning.
