The Females recently toured with the Dead Weather; no idea how Jack White had the balls to even walk out onstage after Pasternoster was done with it, or how there was still a stage left at all. Call it Guitar Hero: Riot Grrrl. Bow down.

I think that’s what’s exciting about The Screaming Females…it’s a woman who’s tearing up the stage with her guitar, and being compared to Jack White. I have to admit I haven’t listened to a lot of their stuff…only one or two songs so far.
